A Texas Heart for Families is a dedicated organization established in the Fall of 2015 by Rodolfo and Sandra Gonzalez. It aims to provide essential support and guidance to individuals living with disabilities, ensuring they lead meaningful and fulfilling lives. The organization primarily works with those enrolled in the Home and Community-based Services (HCS) Medicaid Waiver Program, focusing on the needs of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. With a mission to ensure all people receive the attention and support they deserve, A Texas Heart for Families offers tailor-made services to enhance the quality of life for the IDD community. The founders believe in the importance of a purposeful life and are committed to being a supportive hand for families requiring extra care.
