ConnectEd Developmental Therapies, established in 2015, is dedicated to providing neuro-affirming care and developmental support to children aged 3 to 18. Founded by Heather and Shlomit, along with a team of developmental specialists, ConnectEd focuses on understanding each child’s unique developmental profile through family-centered collaboration and efficacy-based practices. The clinic’s approach is deeply rooted in the latest understandings of child development, emphasizing the importance of nervous system regulation to foster engagement and social success. ConnectEd offers a range of tailored interventions that include individual sessions, small group activities, and parent coaching, all designed to enhance self-awareness, self-monitoring, and self-advocacy in children. Additionally, ConnectEd extends its services through ‘ConnectEd Classrooms’, a community-based initiative in partnership with local schools aimed at supporting staff, students, and families. This program promotes a brain-aligned approach to learning and social interaction within the educational environment.
