Foundations Psychological Services, located in Almaden Valley, San Jose, specializes in comprehensive psychological evaluations for a wide age range, including infants, children, teens, and adults. Our evaluation process is meticulously designed to assess various psychological conditions such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Learning Disabilities, Mood and Anxiety Disorders, as well as evaluations for gifted and talented individuals and those with a range of developmental disorders. Starting from age 12 months, we also conduct infant evaluations. Our approach is strength-based, affirming neurodiversity and ensuring that each assessment is a collaborative effort between the psychologist and the client. We provide essential consultation services concerning school placement, comprehensive treatment planning, and at-home behavior modification to cater to the specific needs identified during evaluations.
